The coal will be mined using modern underground mining techniques which have improved significantly over recent decades, with great advances in health and safety for those on site. Much of the work is mechanised, with modern, state of the art machines controlled remotely.

The company will offer comprehensive health and safety support to all employees including pre-employment assessments, occupational health support, training and development, medical facilities and general health support.  We will report openly on our safety performance and aim for zero incidents and accidents, with the belief that everyone should go home from work safe and healthy.
