As part of a commitment to data preservation, WCM has established new long-term drill core storage on its Haig office grounds.

A number of containers have been racked with heavy duty shelving to hold WCM’s existing catalogue of boreholes, from four years of exploration drilling, which have been organised, racked and catalogued over a two-week period.

Over 4,000 meters of drill core held in 851 core boxes have been safely preserved in long term storage, as a record of work, and will be held available for further testing, study and auditing. As well as being available for training and educational purposes.
