WCM will offer comprehensive health, safety and wellbeing support to all employees including pre-employment assessments, occupational health support, training and development, medical facilities and general family health support.  We will report openly on our safety performance and our target will be for zero incidents and accidents, with the belief that everyone should go home from work safe and healthy every day.

The coal will be mined using the most modern underground mining techniques which have significantly improved over recent decades, with great advancements in health and safety for those on site. All of the work is now mechanised, with modern, state of the art machines being operated remotely by teams of experienced mining personnel.
